An OLA Makeover.

First, HAPPY HALLOWEEN! (And happy birthday to my wonderful mother-in-law.) Gabe went trick-or-treating and to the pumpkin patch and I have all sorts of photos and stories to tell about it, but I have something else to share today:

Instead of giving Our Little Apartment a facelift, I gave her a complete and total makeover! (AND I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT IT.)

Come on over and check it out.

makeover
(letterpress source | circus poster source)

I was inspired by letterpress, old circus poster with bold, fun typography, and a colorful-yet-mellow color palatte. (Do people still use the word ‘mellow’? I swear. I’m going to be the person in 20 years saying things like ‘phat’ or ‘my bad’ or ‘I’m not gonna lie.’ I am out of touch and I am only 27, people. This is bad.)

Let me know if there’s any glitches you find – or anything that’s missing that you’re looking for.

Have a lovely Monday!

Love the new look around here! It’s so completely different from what you used to have, but sometimes it’s nice to just start fresh :) I totally wish I was a professional designer so I could do that too haha… I’m jealous of your skills ;)

It looks AWESOME! The only glitch I see at this point is that it says “Monthy Gabe” under categories, no L.
